QuickBooks Payroll Service, Live Support, Online Backup, Online Banking, and other services through QuickBooks have been discontinued from May 31, 2016. When you upgrade, you get the notification to convert your company file so that it can be compatible with your new version. Dial QuickBooks support number for the conversion and we suggest you not use any third-party software to convert the company file. We take great precautions during this process to protect your data and we verify the integrity of the data file. There are certain tools that we use for conversion we won’t be responsible for data damage if a customer has used alternate methods for conversion.
