- Click here to go to the password reset tool
- Select your version of your QuickBooks
- Submit your product license number and business details
- Download the file that you will get on the next screen
- Run the downloaded file which will be QBPasswordReset.exe
- You will receive a token number on your email address that will be valid only for 2 minutes
- Enter the token number on the token number field under your QuickBooks which will come up automatically after running the downloaded file
- Choose the company file you want to change the password for
- Enter the new password and click on reset
- Password reset successfully
