- End all QuickBooks windows that are running on your desktop
- Search for qbw32.exe in your desktop’s local storage
- Locate qbw32.exe in program files
- Right-click on the file (i.e. qbw32.exe) and choose properties
- Open the digital signature tab and ensure that Intuit, Inc is selected in the signature list
- Choose view certificate in the digital signature window
- Click on Install Certificate
- Complete the installation and then restart the computer
